Gulf National Insulation Systems ( GNIS) was originally set up as a joint venture between Riva & Mariani, Italy and Kharafi National KSC (Closed), Kuwait to supply and install insulation products. It is now a fully fledged company in its own right but still maintains the same ownership as the Joint Venture.
